• Bachelor’s degree with less than 02 years of working experience
• GPA 7.0/10 or equivalent
• Passion or career orientation in supply chain/logistics industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Being proactive with ownership to go beyond expectation
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and quality
• Teamwork spirit, having and creating trust
• Planning and organization skills, focusing on clear priorities
• Learning agility and a "can-do" attitude
• Positive mindset towards uncertainty, challenges, and change.
