1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Analyst, you will support customer and business verification, due diligence and risk review processes for an international project, including:

• Support customer/business onboarding, due diligence, periodic reviews and remediation.
• Verify customer and business information and supporting documents.
• Perform customer/business screening and initial risk assessments.
• Review customer profiles, ownership structures, business activities and screening results.
• Handle case reviews according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Identify potential risk indicators and escalate complex or high-risk cases for further investigation.
• Review information related to ownership, adverse media, source of funds, source of wealth and customer risk factors.
• Prepare case findings and recommendations for approval, remediation or further review.
• Follow the client's information security, confidentiality and compliance requirements.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good English communication and reading comprehension skills.
• Background or knowledge in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business or related fields is preferred.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Comfortable working in a Clean Room environment, where mobile phones cannot be used during working hours.
• Able to work 100% on-site in Hanoi.

• Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
• Night shift: 9:00/10:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 AM
• Shifts rotate approximately every 1–2 months.
