1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Process competitor research and market research to keep up with changes and trends within the SEO field.
• Analyze user feedback and behaviors to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
• Conduct user research to empathize with and understand the users' problems
• Provide solutions to improve the product (including functionality and UI-UX tasks) 
• Assist in defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with different teams (Customer support team, Designers, and Development team) to ideate possible solutions to meet the user’s needs.
• Create, organize, and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user flows, and feature specifications

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong mindset for product development (especially Saas products)
• Strong research skills to explore user and  market insight 
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, familiarity with metric analytics, and other marketing tools are highly preferred.
• Experience in SEO is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills to decide the best solution for new product features or improvements
• Have a strong understanding of user interactions and user interface design
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Translate data findings into insights that drive product innovation, customer retention, and marketing impact
• Strong communication skills to cooperate with other departments within the organization
