1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support Pre-sales and Development phases of projects, working closely with Business Development and Delivery Teams under the guidance of senior team members. 
• Assist in gathering, assessing, and analyzing customer requirements for software projects.
• Draft and contribute to the development of design and business analysis documentation (such as basic user stories, wireframes, etc.) for the project.
• Assist in project planning by helping to define the steps and resources needed for the project.
• Collaborate closely with different operation teams (Dev, QA) to ensure seamless communication and clear understanding of requirements.
• Support and participate in UAT testing to ensure the final product meets customer criteria and requirements.
• Coordinate with other project team members under the supervision of the direct team leaders and daily engage with overseas customers.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: under 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, or a fresh graduate with relevant BA internship experience.
• Having a background in IT or Computer Science.
• Language: Good English proficiency (4 skills) to communicate effectively with overseas clients and teams.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Eager to self-learn and research, take ownership of assignments, and work well both independently and in teams.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
• Nice-to-have:
  • Ability to assist in understanding and writing technical documents (SRS, BRD) in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Have knowledge of UI/UX principles and basic usage of UI/UX design tools (Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD…).
  • Basic understanding of database structures (DB diagrams) and system integration.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure or basic knowledge of CRM/ERP and mobile application development.
