1.  JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support clients via email / phone promptly about ERP software
  • Troubleshooting issue of customers.
  • Corporate with Dev, SA/BA to solve issue for customer
  • Support customer on usage and also fix bug.
  • Training on customer about using ERP software if required by manager.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably graduated from FTU, NEU, DAV, ULIS, HANU, TMU, AOF, BAV
  • Written and Spoken English Language Proficiency
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Independent team player who can work with minimal supervision
  • Age: 2000 - 2003
