1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receiving customer's shipping orders
  • Creating booking entry
  • Checking shipping documents
  • Creating HBL entry/ MBL entry in Company system
  • Sending work order to customs agent/related parties
  • Requesting Check B/L confirmation
  • SR/VGM Submission
  • EDI Manifest for Korean customs and EDI for destination
  • Creating carrier's master B/L
  • Uploading documents in EDMS
  • Sending Pre-alert to agents
  • Checking selling/contract rate (AR/DR) and sending to customers if requested
  • Input revenue (AR/DR) Creating invoice (AR/DR)
  • Creating invoice (AP/CR) and sending invoice (AP/CR) to agent
  • Updating cargo tracking in tracking list
  • Updating shipping list & milestone
  • Updating customers ERP system
2. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachlor Degree
  • Fluently in English is mandatory
  • Professional in MS office applications
  • Be responsible, teamwork spirit
