1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking AI Business Analyst to spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence within the Cluedoo ecosystem. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between advanced AI capabilities and practical business applications, driving the future of our ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Architect and design innovative AI-driven solutions to be integrated as native Odoo modules.
• Product Delivery: Act as the crucial link between business stakeholders and the development team, translating requirements into technical workflows and ensuring seamless product delivery.
• Methodology & Strategy: Develop comprehensive methodologies, strategic frameworks, and practical use cases for maximizing AI capabilities within the Odoo environment.
• Enablement & Training: Lead knowledge transfer initiatives by training internal teams and external clients on adopting and leveraging new AI features.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven track record in overseeing and implementing enterprise AI systems or products.
• Deep conceptual understanding of modern AI architecture, including LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents, AI workflows, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Strong foundational knowledge of technical systems, encompassing APIs, infrastructure architecture, and data security standards.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders smoothly.

Note: Hands-on programming/coding is not required; however, a high degree of technical fluency is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with Odoo or other major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong grasp of core enterprise business processes (e.g., supply chain, finance, HR, sales).
• Previous background in technical, strategy, or management consulting.
