1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main Content Generation (70%)

• Research users, markets, and competitors.
• Plan content direction for global users (Singapore, Malaysia, China, etc.).
• Generate videos and carousels for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Reels (Facebook & Instagram).
• Optimize conversion rates for followers, subscribers, and app downloads.

Other Content Generation (20%)

• Generate text and image-based content for: Email, Push Notifications, In-App content, E-commerce, Website, and SEO content.
• Collaborate with other teams for content creation.

Reporting & Collaboration (10%)

• Report on performance and collaborate on other marketing activities.

• Strong content creation skills, particularly in crafting engaging hooks.
• Experience in creating viral content (50,000 to 100,000+ reach per post).
• Experience in multi-channel content growth (over 30,000+ follower increase).
• Skilled in AI utilization and prompt writing.
• Proficient in tools: Canva, CapCut, AI Video tools (Sora, etc.), and AI Image tools.
• Ability to convert traffic into app downloads.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus).
• Proficiency in reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio).
• Knowledge and methodology for researching customer content consumption behaviors.
• Eagerness to learn, actively seeking knowledge to create new content and explore new channels.
• Experience in running ads & SEO  is a plus

• Gross salary: 13.000.000 - 17.000.000 VND
