1. Mô tả công việc:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with client and Project Manager
• Assist in the creation of print and digital materials, including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and website elements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new projects and campaigns.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and see them through from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and iterate on designs as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and techniques.
• Support other design-related tasks and projects as required.

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Fluent English Speaking is a must;
• Bachelor‘s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field is a must;
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a professional setting or through internships;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop;
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory;
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions;
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums and styles.
