1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage and maintain employee timesheets (attendance, leaves, contracts)
- Organize and file supplier invoices, receipts, and purchase orders
- Coordinate with kitchen and operation manager for supply needs
- Maintain vendor and supplier databases
- Follow up on maintenance issues (AC, plumbing, electrical, wastage)
- Work with HR to assist with government licensing, renewals, and inspections
- Help with onboarding of new hires (documents, orientation)
- Work with HR to relay internal communications to team members
- Work with HR to track visa, work permit, or insurance expiry dates of International Staff
- Deal with suppliers, service providers, and local authorities
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English because you will work directly with foreigners.
- Candidates with experience in purchasing and administration in the restaurant and hotel environment are preferred.
- Hard-working, agile, progressive and able to withstand work pressure.
- Availability of after-hours support upon request.
- Strong Communication skills
