1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and maintain employee timesheets (attendance, leaves, contracts)
  • Organize and file supplier invoices, receipts, and purchase orders
  • Coordinate with kitchen and operation manager for supply needs
  • Maintain vendor and supplier databases
  • Follow up on maintenance issues (AC, plumbing, electrical, wastage)
  • Work with HR to assist with government licensing, renewals, and inspections
  • Help with onboarding of new hires (documents, orientation)
  • Work with HR to relay internal communications to team members
  • Work with HR to track visa, work permit, or insurance expiry dates of International Staff
  • Deal with suppliers, service providers, and local authorities
2. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Good English because you will work directly with foreigners.
  • Candidates with experience in purchasing and administration in the restaurant and hotel environment are preferred.
  • Hard-working, agile, progressive and able to withstand work pressure.
  • Availability of after-hours support upon request.
  • Strong Communication skills
