  1. Mô tả công việc:

  • Translate relevant documents and provide verbal interpretation between Japanese, Vietnamese, and English;

  • Support professional meetings with clients, including closing meetings with audit clients and meetings with potential clients;

  • Act as a liaison between clients and professional staff;

  • Support internal communication between the Japan Desk and professional teams;

  • Carry out general administrative and secretarial duties as and when required.

  1. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

  • Fresh graduates/ Senior students 

  • Excellent Japanese language skills in writing, speaking, and listening (at least N2 level);

  • Good communication skills in English;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Accounting and tax knowledge is a plus;

  • Initiative: Demonstrate a thirst to understand how your role fits in and seek opportunities to contribute beyond your role;

  • Adaptability: Shows agility and easily adjusts to changing work situations; and

  • Ownership: Takes responsibility for own actions and learns from experience.
