I. Responsibility:
1. Talent Acquisition Tasks (70%):
- Assist with sourcing candidates across various platforms to meet recruitment needs.
- Support the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation for new hires.
- Collaborate with the PR team to welcome partners, clients, or guests as needed.
2. Administrative Tasks (20%):
- Organize and manage office administrative tasks.
- Assist the Internal Communication with planning and organizing happy hours, birthdays, company trips, team-building activities, and other events.
- Process office expenses and prepare payment requests.
3. Human Resources Tasks (10%):
- Track employee attendance, timesheets, and annual leave.
- Assist with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) tasks as assigned.
II. Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
- Internship experience (3–6 months) is a plus but not required.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Strong communication, logical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
- Diligent, proactive, and eager to learn.
III. Benefits & Compensation:
- Monthly allowance: 3,000,000 – 4,000,000 VND (based on experience).
