1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the company’s operations in the IT sector
• Review the validity and accuracy of invoices, and other related accounting documents.
• Perform account reconciliations, monitor collections and payments, and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve outstanding issues.
• Record accounting documents and bank transactions in MISA software
• Coordinate and guide other departments on finance and accounting procedures
• Prepare payment documents via Internet banking, Organize and file accounting documents
• Participate in monthly account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Other tasks assigned b:y the Senior Accountants

2. REQUIREMENTS

• 0–1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Available for full-time
• Exhibit logical thinking, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude at work
• Ability to communicate in English, including reading and writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure
