1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

About the role

• As an Accounting Associate at First Trust ACPA, you will be responsible for delivering a range of financial outsourcing services, including bookkeeping and fund administration. You will work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and provide timely responses to any inquiries.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with head office colleagues to provide financial outsourcing services such as bookkeeping, fund administration, and other financial tasks.
• Ensure deliverables to the head office meet established quality and timeline standards.
• Liaise with clients to address queries related to the services provided.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by managers.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferrable) or finance.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with Mandarin proficiency being mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
