1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Welcome guests and do check-in (check passport, prepare a document, …), check out and do payment
• Keep updated booking information and inform the team
• Answer the hotline, Web, … and create a package
• Receive feedback and resolve trouble relate to customers
• Settlement with the accounting dept at the end of each workday

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• English communication 
• Graduated from University or College
• Computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills, time management
• Flexible, ability to work under high pressure
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept newly assigned tasks
