1. JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Provide legal consultancy and advisory services for clients across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on company formation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research using AI and other digital tools to ensure accurate and timely advice.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports in accordance with international standards.
• Support clients in navigating laws and procedures for company incorporation in Singapore, Hong Kong, BVI, and other countries.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide insights on implications for clients’ businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Maintain a knowledge base of cross-border corporate regulations and continuously update it as laws evolve.

Vietnam Office: 2nd Floor, Kim Anh Building, 1/78 Duy Tan, Cau Giay, Ha Noi.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Excellent English, Excellent Microsoft Office
• Strong research and analytical skills, with proven ability to utilize AI tools for legal and regulatory research.
• Familiarity with international corporate law, particularly in Singapore, Hong Kong, BVI, and other offshore jurisdictions (training will be provided where needed).
