1. Mô tả công việc:

• Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies across digital channels, with a strong focus on performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Define campaign goals, KPIs, and track marketing ROI
• Research market trends and customer insights to guide creative and targeting strategies
• Team Building & Management
• Recruit, train, and manage a small remote marketing team (designers, media buyers, content creators, etc.)
• Delegate tasks, set clear KPIs, and conduct performance reviews
• Foster a results-oriented, collaborative team culture
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize cost per result (CPR, CPA, ROAS)
• Collaborate with product and data teams to ensure alignment with business priorities
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports
• Brand & Communication
• Work with creative team to develop clear, compelling messaging tailored for the U.S. market
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all channels
• Explore new growth channels (influencer marketing, partnerships, email funnels, etc.)

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, especially performance marketing in the financial services industry
• Hands-on experience running paid ads on Meta, Google, and/or TikTok
• Familiarity with U.S. consumer behavior and digital ad regulations is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the marketing function
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using ad analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
• English proficiency is required; professional working level or higher
