1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Telesales + Direct Sales + Market Research + Buyer Search for Korean Companies;
• Identify and maintain professional relationships with potential buyers and business counterparts;
• Provide administrative support and coordinate communication between Korean and Vietnamese partners;
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends in Vietnam;
• Identify trade inquiries and manage data collection;
• Coordinate and facilitate trade missions and B2B matchmaking events;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills;
• Ability to thrive under pressure and work effectively in teams;
• High integrity, proactive work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Solid foundation in International Trade principles and Marketing strategies;
• Proficient in English-language business reporting and documentation;
• Eligible for business trips to South Korea and other locations;
• Must be legally authorized to work in Vietnam;
• Working Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience;
• Language: Good command of English and Vietnamese (Proficiency in Korean is a plus);
• Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Trade, Economics, or relevant qualifications.

3. GENERAL INFORMATION AND BENEFITS:

• Salary: USD800++ (To be paid in VND, Gross salary);
• Term of Contract: 7 months (Possibility of extension subject to performance);
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:30 ~ 17:30;
• Working Place: 20th floor, Charmvit Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung St., Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi;
• Working as member of the Marketing 1 Team or Jisahwa Team (Jisahwa means Marketing Branch Service);
• Expected start date: Mid-July 2026.
