1. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute marketing strategies and campaigns to align with brand objectives and sales goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the development of marketing plans, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Coordinate with digital, media, sales and other teams to implement marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions.
• Assist in content development for marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed.
• Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.

2. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/ Business or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in strategy execution or brand management;
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Outstanding organizational, planning, project management, and decision-making skills;
• Superior metrics-driven marketing mind;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.

Preferred skills:

• Have a strong background in Service Marketing and Inbound Marketing;
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools;
• Experience in education or service.
