I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

• Analyse contracts to exact all necessary data and commercial terms.
• Process the data through manual entry into the system OR by preparing an Excel file for bulk insertion.
• Manually inputting all required stop sales into the system.

2. MAJOR TASKS:

Data upload

• Ensure 100% accuracy when uploading data.
• Complete the assigned work on time.

Stop sales

• Ensure 100% accuracy when updating stop sales information in the system.
• Complete the system update within 24 hours of receiving the notification.

Other

• Timely completion of assigned deliverables.
• Proactive work ethic and commitment to high standards of productivity.
• Ability to maintain sustained focus and attention to detail.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

1. WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• University graduate.
• Previous experience in tourism and hospitality, either through studies or previous roles, is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across a variety of cultures.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Fluency in Vietnamese.
• Must be proficient in using technology and working with software applications (Office Suite).

• Able to problem solve.

• Knowledge of the Mekong Delta region and its attractions is a plus.
