1. GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Working Location: 27th & 28th, Capital Place, No 29 Lieu Giai, Ngọc Ha Ward, Ha Noi
- Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri)
- Expected onboarding time: ASAP / After Tet Holiday

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of administrative tasks: Car booking, air tickets & hotels reservation, stationery, entrance registration, contracts preparation with suppliers, etc.
- To manage and do inventory of office equipment, take care of office expenses
- To organize the company's internal events (Year End Party, Company Trip, Kick - off meeting, ...)
- To monitor suppliers and solve all relevant issues, including: transportation, business trips, data roaming, support foreign guests on business trip to Vietnam, etc.
- To get signed, file and manage all documents related to Selling/ Purchasing contracts
- To take care of offices rental, offices’ insurance procedures and tasks related
- To check and make monthly expenses, report of GA team as well as control all Admin expenses
- Other jobs as requested by management.
3. CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- University degree, preferably Administration or Economics background
- Excellent commands of English
- Strong Computing & Communication skills
- Being punctual, patient, well organized, high responsibility, attention to details
- Pro-active & Can-do attitude, be able to do multi-task independently under limited guidance
- High teamwork spirit and positive attitude.
- Having experience in setting up new office is a plus
