1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
We’re looking for a flexible, hands-on Sales Consultant who’s excited to work across both B2C and B2B sales motions.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, fast execution, and learning by doing in an early-stage environment.
You will work closely with founders, product, and growth teams to acquire customers, refine sales processes, and turn insights from the market into real business impact.
- Drive revenue by converting customers across consumer and business segments.
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo/consultation, negotiation, and closing.
- Engage with a wide range of customers - from individual operators to senior decision-makers.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Follow up with leads via email, messaging, calls, and social channels.
- Collect customer insights and collaborate with internal teams to improve sales and product strategy.
- Support building sales processes, playbooks, and onboarding as the team scales.
2. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:
- 1–3 years of B2B Sales experience (preferably in SaaS, software solutions, fintech, or e-commerce).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of consultative sales, with the ability to listen, uncover real customer needs, and handle objections effectively.
- Agile mindset with the ability to thrive under the fast-paced changes of a start-up environment.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and performance
