1. What you’ll do:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop hiring plans for different departments.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate the end-to-end interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates through networking, referrals, social media, talent databases, and passive candidate outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for strategic and high-impact positions to support the company's growth.
• Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen employer branding initiatives and attract high-quality talent.
• Research, propose, and experiment with new recruitment channels, sourcing strategies, and hiring initiatives to improve recruitment effectiveness.

2. What you’ll bring to the team: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Experience in E-commerce, Startups, or Executive Search/Headhunting is a strong advantage.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities with the ability to identify and engage quality candidates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about building a long-term career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
• Takes full ownership of assigned goals and drives them to completion independently.
• Skilled at goal management, result tracking, and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

3. Benefits:

• Gross salary: VND 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 + recruitment commission.
