1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Proactively source candidates on professional platforms
  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies for niche roles and ensure proper representation of 1C Vietnam in the talent market
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain and update recruitment data, provide reports on recruitment
  • Cooperate with the People & Culture team to promote employer branding
  • Other tasks as requested by HR Manager
2. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in similar roles is required
  • IT/Tech recruitment experience or Headhunting background is a plus
  • Fluent Vietnamese with good English communication skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, proactive and result-oriented
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Good user of MS Office / Google Workspace
