I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Total Rewards & C&B Operations

  • Payroll & Tax Operations: Manage monthly payroll processing, timesheet reconciliation (especially strict validation for remote teams), Personal Income Tax (PIT) finalization, and Social Insurance administration. Ensure accurate and timely payment schedules (Payslip on the 5th, Salary payment on the 10th).
  • Competency Framework & Salary Structure: Develop, review, and continuously improve salary structures, salary bands, and periodic salary review mechanisms to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Bonus Policy Management: Manage and optimize bonus schemes (holiday bonuses, project incentives, KPI bonuses, spot awards, etc.) to maximize employee motivation and performance.
  • Benefits Administration: Operate and maintain comprehensive employee benefits programs.

2. Performance Management & Organizational Development

  • Performance Evaluation System: Collaborate in building, standardizing, and implementing employee performance evaluation systems (Checkpoints).
  • Goal Alignment: Develop goal management frameworks for departments/projects and establish direct linkage mechanisms between performance results and reward policies.
  • Workforce Planning: Participate in organizational structuring and headcount planning aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Career Development: Contribute to designing promotion policies and career development paths to retain high-performing engineering talent.
  • Process Optimization: Review and optimize HR processes related to C&B, performance management, onboarding/offboarding to improve employee experience.

3. Labor Relations & Legal Compliance

  • Employee Engagement: Coordinate internal engagement activities and ensure all employees (including hybrid and remote teams) are aligned with company culture.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the transparent point of contact for employee concerns regarding benefits and policies; advise and implement disciplinary procedures in compliance with Labor Law.
  • Contracts & Confidentiality (ISO 27001): Draft Labor Contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Manage and secure 100% of employee records in strict compliance with information security standards.
  • Operational Cost Administration: Support business trip procedures and ensure reimbursement settlements are completed within 07 working days.

4. HR Analytics & Strategy

  • Workforce Cost Analysis: Prepare in-depth reports on payroll budgets, headcount cost ratios, and recommend operational expense (OpEx) optimization solutions.
  • People Analytics: Monitor and analyze key HR metrics, including: Turnover rate, Performance distribution, Salary competitiveness
  • Strategic HR Contribution: Provide data-driven insights to support overall HR strategy development.
  • English Communication: Independently draft HR announcements, policies, and internal communications in English.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, Business English, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits. Candidates with full-cycle HR operations experience are highly preferred.
  • Experience in IT/Software companies is a must.
  • Language: Good English communication skills. Mandatory ability to write emails, processes, and reports in English.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Excel skills (large data handling, Pivot Tables, complex logical formulas).                  Strong analytical and data analysis mindset.
    • Solid understanding of: Vietnam Labor Code 2019, Social Insurance regulations, Personal Income Tax regulations
  • Mindset & Attitude:
    • System-based thinking and optimization mindset.
    • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and transparency.
