2. How to be a successful consultant:

• Be confident to contact and retain the relationship with the very senior levels of enterprises, representative offices, embassies, and developers to aware of their existing and potential needs for premises lease.
• Do everyday hundred cold calls, site visits, clients’ meetings/ lunches, or dinners/drinks, networking during or after work.
• Have capability to close deals with handling the entire process (Present potential sites, propose lease solutions, negotiate lease terms, consult the fit-out solutions to clients, etc.).

3. What we offer for a leasing consultant position:

• Basic Salary: VND 8,000,000 per month. Annual review.
• Commission: Uncapped 15% on revenue with no hurdle.
• Business Travel: Covered by company (Grab, taxi).
