1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Recruitment 70%
- Propose and implement recruitment ads on the website and social media, expand recruitment sources.
- Manage and update data of candidates, potential candidates.
- Screen CVs and arrange interview. • Inform interview results for candidates.
- Collect documents and input data of new employees after when they pass the interview and start onboard.
- Make recruiting plans and report cost
Admin 20%
- Manage the onboarding process for the new staff, include orientation training.
- Plan and organize company internal activities: team building, events, YEP.
Other tasks as requested by direct management 10%
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 months of experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proactive to handle the new tasks
- Independent and well-self-controlled with honesty, sincerity and responsibility.
- Flexible, ability to work under high pressure.
