1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Recruitment 70%

  • Propose and implement recruitment ads on the website and social media, expand recruitment sources.
  • Manage and update data of candidates, potential candidates.
  • Screen CVs and arrange interview. • Inform interview results for candidates.
  • Collect documents and input data of new employees after when they pass the interview and start onboard.
  • Make recruiting plans and report cost

Admin 20%

  • Manage the onboarding process for the new staff, include orientation training.
  • Plan and organize company internal activities: team building, events, YEP.

Other tasks as requested by direct management 10%

2. REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 6 months of experience
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive to handle the new tasks
  • Independent and well-self-controlled with honesty, sincerity and responsibility.
  • Flexible, ability to work under high pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills
