1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Responsible for delivering high quality service to clients and candidates, developing and retaining business by providing outstanding customer service and quality, commercial solutions to recruitment requirements and performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Candidate Attraction
    • Identify core candidates and implement suitable attraction strategies
    • Interview, assess, and match candidates to appropriate job opportunities
    • Provide career consultation, pre-interview preparation, and post-placement follow-up
    • Develop long-term relationships with high-potential candidates.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure high-quality recruitment service delivery to both clients and candidates
    • Manage candidates, prepare profiles, negotiate offers, and conduct reference checks
    • Share market insights and recruitment trends with clients
    • Utilize assessment tools and apply retention strategies for key candidates.
  • Administration
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients
    • Ensure timely billing and debt collection
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and develop new clients; maintain existing client relationships
    • Research market trends, competitors, and industry developments to uncover business opportunities
    • Build strong client relationships and understand their recruitment needs
    • Negotiate, sign contracts, and receive job orders.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess at least a diploma or equivalent academic/professional qualifications in business/marketing or related field of practice lines
  • Minimum 01 year of proven recruitment experience in the IT, Banking, or Financial sectors
  • Intermediate level in English in writing and negotiation skill.
