1. Mô tả công việc:

• Support Online Trade Marketing Activities: Assist in the execution of digital trade marketing campaigns, sales activation initiatives, and dealer-exclusive promotional programs across online channels.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Support the monitoring, consolidation, and analysis of dealer performance data, including sales results, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Dealer Content Support: Assist in developing content ideas and basic scripts for short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) to help dealers strengthen their online presence and engage target audiences.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure communication materials and promotional assets are delivered to dealers in a timely manner.
• Market Research: Conduct research on competitors' digital trade marketing activities, industry trends, and best practices to support campaign planning and optimization.

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên:

• Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student, or a recent graduate, majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or other related fields.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a good understanding of data and reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and report preparation.
• Familiar with short-form video trends across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Ability to contribute content ideas, script outlines, and creative concepts tailored to dealer and customer audiences.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or online sales channels is an advantage.
• Fluent English.
