• Proactively seeking new clients and business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Do several sales calls, site inspections a day and familiar with all networking events
• Actively managing lease transactions and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Serving as a bridge between clients (including senior executives like CEOs, COOs, and CFOs) and landlords, providing expert advice on lease transactions.

• Salary: Basic salary with commission on revenue. Review at Year 1 performance review.
