I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Cost saving & Continuous Improvement projects: Support for all activities about Cost Saving projects Implementation and other continuous improvement projects include, but are not limited to SQDC+ KPIs improvement, LEAN & Six sigma tool application. 
• Kaizen events & LEAN Six sigma tools application: Support the Kaizen events throughout company, which utilize LEAN Six sigma tools (include but not limited to A3 Problem Solving, 5S, SMED, VSM/Makigami, TPM, Standard Work, KANBAN, DMAIC...) to deliver SQDC+ targets & strengthen Lean culture. 
• Training & Communication: Support for communication about best practices sharing between B.Braun VietNam & Global/CoE, OPEX training plan, recognation programs,...
• Standardization & Digitalization: Self-Learning Continuously for new digital tools (power BI, power Apps, SQL, python, AI...) to research, test, define suitable solutions & implement digital & smart manufacturing roadmap to optimize process flow & eliminate wastes. Support operational team to fix issues related to digital platform & system.

• Bachelor's degree with major in Mechenical, Automation, Electrial, Electronic & Telecommunication or technical background
