1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Answer all queries from customers and partners
• Plan, coordinate, and execute experiences end-to-end
• Work with suppliers (hotels, transport, culture storytellers) to ensure service quality
• Prepare operational documents (booking, vouchers, schedules)
• Monitor trip execution and handle issues in real time
• Optimize cost while maintaining service standards

• Have experience in travel operations (DMC experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Able to work under pressure, including weekends/holidays if required
• Good English communication
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

• Base Salary: 11,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND and commission/bonus
