1. ACTUAL THINGS YOU’LL DO:

The work you do will vary and be flexible, supporting the BOD & Partnership Team. The following are the types of work you’ll actually perform: 

• Searching information and contact to partners, suppliers, corporates, startups, etc. as required to develop business 
• Assisting with the production, distribution and mailing of information to clients and partners
• Working in the development of new partnerships by supporting in research, preparation for meetings, pitches and proposals 
• Translating documents, proposals, agreements of Partnership Team from Vietnamese to English and vice versa 
• Supporting with administrative tasks such as setting up meetings, taking meeting minutes, creating agendas and dealing with external enquiries 
• Supporting BOD and Partnership Team in the execution of Partnership Strategy to achieve business development goals 
• Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required

2. THE REQUIREMENTS:

• To be considered, applicants should have the following minimum qualifications:
• Good oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English 
• Interpersonal skills and problem-solving 
• Experienced in performing thorough desk-based research with the ability to concisely summarize information and identify key points 
• Good at computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides 
• Detail-oriented and organized 
• Quick learner who listens and asks good questions 
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work. This means you are willing to put in the effort/time required to get the job “done right” – not “done right now.” 
• Enough confidence to share your ideas, participate in business conversations, and take (or give) constructive criticism. We are open and welcome all new proposals to make our works better!
• Positive disposition and ability to play well with others 

3. BENEFITS:

• Monthly allowance of 1,995,000 VND for full-time applicants and 1,000,000 VND for part-time applicants.
