I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Product Ideation & Execution

• Translate product strategies and directions into execution materials such as product concepts, presentation decks, product introductions, and internal training materials
• Coordinate with relevant teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Agencies, etc.) to ensure products are implemented in line with strategic objectives

2. Market & User Research

• Research market trends, customer behavior, and user insights
• Conduct competitor analysis and product benchmarking
• Collect feedback from the market to support product improvement and optimization

3. Product Project Management

• Track progress of product development and implementation tasks
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery
• Support timeline management, task tracking, and project checklists

4. Product Launch & Implementation Support

• Support the launch of new products or product enhancements
• Participate in organizing product launch events, community activities, and related initiatives
• Work with partners and vendors during the implementation process

5. Product Operations & Administration

• Prepare and manage product-related documents and records
• Support contract and financial procedures related to product projects

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Consolidate data and results from product activities
• Prepare professional reports and presentation materials (slides, infographics, product documents)

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. Graduates from Foreign Trade University (FTU) and National Economics University (NEU) are highly preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in Product, Marketing, Project, or Business Analysis roles (high-potential fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong logical thinking, analytical and synthesis skills
• Good presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides); proficiency in Excel is a plus
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
