1. Mô tả công việc:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Management Assistant with 6 months to 1 year of experience in product management or a related field, focusing on Shopify app development and SaaS. This role supports the product team in shaping innovative solutions for e-commerce businesses globally.

Responsibilities

• Product Management (70%): 
  • Assist in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps for Shopify apps.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer support to gather requirements and prioritize features.
  • Support the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive product innovation.
  • Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Shopify updates, and best practices.
• Customer Support (30%): 
  • Support customer interactions through channels such as chat, email, and calls to better understand user needs and improve product experience.
  • Participate in product demo sessions and assist in following up with potential customers as part of the product discovery and feedback loop.

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in product management or related fields.
