1. What you'll learn & do:  

We are looking for interns who are curious, technically inclined and interested in building a career in technology.  If you are passionate about getting into a data analytics role where you get to work with innovative products using cutting-edge modern technologies, come and join us here at Handshakes.

You can look forward to:

• Lead product discovery research — conduct user interviews, competitor analysis, and market research to surface unmet needs across our KYC, due diligence, and data analytics product suite
• Drive feature enhancement initiatives — identify friction points in existing products (App, Datamart, API), synthesise user feedback, and translate findings into clear, prioritised feature recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, and Client Success teams to align on product requirements, communicate trade-offs, and ensure smooth feature delivery

2. We are interested to speak to you if you are:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, or a related field — e.g. Business Analytics, Computer Science, AI, Information Systems, or Management
• Strong English communication skills — able to write crisp PRDs, research summaries, and stakeholder updates, and present ideas clearly and confidently in meetings
• Self-starter with a bias for action — you don't wait to be told what to do; you spot a problem, take ownership, and follow through 
• Curiosity and analytical thinking — comfortable diving into data, asking hard questions, and forming your own point of view, even with imperfect information
• Able to commit 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (Monday-Friday).
• Able to onboard from September onwards.
• Bonus if you have an interest or experience in fintech, RegTech, compliance, or APAC business data.
