Panasonic Appliances Vietnam (PAPVN) is looking for candidates to join the Sourcing Team.

Note that this position is currently TEMPORARY and signed 12-MONTH LABOR CONTRACT. Main tasks as follows:

1. Conduct daily purchasing job for Key Device parts to support Refrigerator & Washing Machine factory, including but not limited to:

• Control current suppliers for key device parts, both local & oversea, to ensure stable quality for PAPVN Mass Production
• Implement improvement activities and negotiate annual price reductions with suppliers, to meet CR KPI of PAPVN factories
• Conduct periodic supplier evaluations for key-device supplies
• Support all other procurements job related to key-device parts for PAPVN RF & WM: 4MC, sample order, new model development, CR activities...

2. Manage sourcing & standardized activities for Panasonic Asia factories for Key Device parts (PH, Indonesia, China, VN, JP, TH)

• To centralize/standardize supplier in Asia region to ensure observation of related law/ regulations and to prevent illicit transactions in procurement activity
• To visualize procurement status in order to optimize supplier selection and pricing operations to be same reasonable price level with competitors
• To work with related Panasonic companies/ related department on any unique purchase requests
• To take part in regular supplier evaluation and to implement improvement activities if any
• To work closely with related departments to ensure satisfaction with suppliers’ performance, ensure quality and cost objectives are met.
• Benchmark competitors to understand procurement price trend in the region

3. Other tasks assigned by Department Head:
