1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Rotate across Sales, Operations, Product Development, Marketing and Experience teams
• Assist in real projects: proposal building, on-ground execution, supplier sourcing
• Conduct research on destinations, trends, and product innovation
• Support internal process improvements and documentation
• Report directly to assigned mentor/manager  

• Fresh graduate or <2 years experience from top universities preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
• Excellent English communication
• High discipline, fast learner, and able to take feedback
• Demonstrated interest in travel, culture, or hospitality
• Willing to work beyond standard hours during peak periods
