I. Job Purpose:

  • Deliver high support to Sales & Operations department to achieve efficient results and adhere to policies and procedures of Company
  • Coordinate with related departments to make sure day-to-day store operations are carried out smoothly and efficiently

II. Job Accountabilities:

  • Checking, adjusting, consolidating all paper documents submitted from all stores including financial requests, monthly salary sheet, staff related documents
  • Contacting directly with Store Manager and Area Manager to correct the mistake related to daily document processing if any
  • Associating with Delivery Man team on preparing and arrangement to daily ship supported tool (form/book, display stuffs, POSM…) to the stores according to assigned schedule
  • Daily reconciliation the variance between the supplier and company database to check further with the stores and correct the variance at daily basis
  • Serving as the communication channel between the stores and related departments to update the information and solve related problems arising (if any)
  • Preparing regular and various reports at daily, weekly, monthly basic based on demand of the management team & business needs
  • Undertaking the job acceptance tasks for new store staff at assigned office including documentation handling, uniform distribution, receive and respond store staff concerns if any
  • Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager

III. Job Requirements:

  • College or university graduated
  • Prefer 01 year relevant working experience, especially in retail environment
  • Hard working, detail, ability to learn & follow instructions
  • Effective communication with ability to explain things articulately and accurately
  • Excel, Word and PPT competency
