1. Job description:

Become a Merchandiser Intern, you will start your career path closely with your colleagues/your teammate to handle the end-to-end order management process, as below:

• Support your teammates: Follow key workflow steps by tracking order progress and T&A milestones from sample to shipment.
• Support your partners: Collect updates on materials, production schedules and delivery times when you coordinate with our factory/suppliers. Draft and translate basic English email for customers & factories.
• Grow your capabilities: Prepare samples, photos, test requests, and customer documents. Maintain and update data accurately on Excel/ERP systems.
• Strengthen your soft skills: Join team meetings to observe how the experts communicate, coordinate, and solve problems in real time.
• Shape your career path: Assist in basic report preparation and claim handling under your mentor’s guidance. Participate in a mini-project to develop your analytical and data-processing skills.

3. You are the chosen one if: 

• 4th - year students majoring in Economics, International Business, Logistics, or related fields 
• Basic English communication (good reading/writing for email) 
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas: Sum, Vlookup, Pivot are plus point)
• Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn from real business cases.
• Positive, energetic, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
