1. Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Development professional to join our growing team. You will play a key part in building the sales pipeline, expanding brand awareness, and nurturing relationships with potential customers and industry communities.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls and outreach emails to prospective clients to introduce Rakuna’s solutions
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through research, outbound campaigns, and follow-ups
• Support the execution of sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Manage and grow Rakuna’s presence across social platforms and online communities (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Slack communities)
• Engage with online communities to build relationships and promote brand trust
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve messaging and outreach effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and outreach activities in the CRM system
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement and lead generation strategies
