1. About the position

  • KKday Vietnam is searching for Sales Interns who have a strong passion for the Vietnam Tourism industry. You will receive training and acquire hands-on experience collaborating with clients within our B2B network.

2. Job Description

The Sales Intern will be part of the Sales B2B Department of KKday Vietnam. The selected candidate will work directly with partners, with responsibilities as follows:

  • Reach out to customers under the supervision of their direct manager.
  • Establish, nurture, and broaden partner relationships, while offering advice and delivering the best possible travel solutions for B2B clients.
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough market research, evaluate customer requirements and motivations to suggest suitable sales strategies and development plans.
  • Problem Solving and Project Management: Manage problems that may occur during contract execution and make sure that business objectives are met, while overseeing associated projects.
  • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Create regular reports on business performance and advancement towards goals, delivering comprehensive analysis to stakeholders.

3. Requirements

  • Final-year students and recent graduates
  • Language and Communication Skills: Proficient in English and possess - outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical and Planning Skills: Background in data analysis, strategic planning, and successful project management.
  • Education Level: A university degree in Economics, Tourism, or similar areas.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn, be diligent, and exhibit honesty in their work.
