Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative with a passion for B2B SaaS products.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the Enterprise Management Software space.
WHAT YOU DO:
- Promptly follow up on B2B leads from the digital marketing team to qualify them.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and understand their needs.
- Schedule product demos and meetings for Sales Executives.
- Provide feedback to the digital marketing team on lead quality for ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure a smooth transition of leads and maintain a consistent pipeline.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas to improve strategies.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Support.
- Fluent in English; American accent is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in outbound calls, including cold calling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Personality: Resilient, Accountable, Committed, and Positive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; quick to learn CRM or other management software.
