1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle inbound B2B/B2C inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
- Design customized, high-quality travel proposals with strong storytelling
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Maintain CRM pipeline and ensure data accuracy
- Build long-term relationships with assigned partners
- Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure feasibility and execution
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- Have experience in inbound travel sales or similar B2B/B2C service industry
- Strong English writing skills (proposal writing is critical)
- Ability to design itineraries independently with minimal supervision
- High responsiveness and discipline in follow-up
- Strong commercial awareness (pricing, upselling, margin sensitivity)
- Able to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
