1. Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Project Marketing Consultant (Sales) based in Hanoi. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and promoting residential projects. The consultant will also engage in direct sales activities, provide excellent customer service, and manage ongoing project marketing initiatives. He/She also involves in handling and following up inquires from clients for condominium, villa and maintaining relationship with landlords and clients.

2. Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Marketing abilities
• Prior experience in the Real Estate field is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
