1. Mô tả công việc:

The employee's roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following tasks:

- Register sales program in system.

- Make sales agreement between LG & Customer & manage sales agreement (issue/collect) 

- Settle incentive for customer, update balance incentive weekly, send report to customer monthly. Contact to customer to explain incentive data, answer their query.

- Other reports related customer incentive matter per request. Report to direct supervisor for any issue related customer incentive.

- Update transactions through company system (GERP). Manage customer incentive.

- Other tasks assigned by Manager

2. Nơi làm việc: 

- 35th floor, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower, Plot E6, Pham Hung str., Nam Tu Liem Dist., Hanoi  (In Aug 2024)

- Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi (From Sep 2024)

3. Yêu cầu ứng viên: 

- Graduated from University (NEU, FTU)

- English skill as company standard (>700 score of TOEIC).

- Good computer skills (word, excel, power point), Internet, email.

- Hard-working, carefulness, enthusiasm and high sense of responsibilities.

- Teamwork, disciplined working spirits.
