Through this 2-year program, you will have the opportunity to rotate through diverse departments across Sea’s markets worldwide and make lasting impacts.

Two paths, one journey: Depending on your career direction and application result, you can become a Management Associate in Vietnam (also known as Graduate Development Program - GDP - in previous years) or at the Global level.

2. ARE YOU A FIT?

We’re looking for those who…

• Are a final-year student or recent graduate with less than 2 years of experience, regardless of your major.
• Earn a proven strong academic track record and personal accomplishments, such as earning scholarships or winning student competitions, etc.
• Possess critical thinking, data analysis, and communication skills.

• If you pass this round, you will become 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐧𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 (also known as Graduate Development - GDP in previous years)

• Only selected candidates who pass this round will be invited to the final round.
