1. Mô tả công việc:
- Perform end-to-end research, from hypothesis generation, performing primary and secondary research, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights, and proposing performance improvement initiatives
- Support team leader in overseeing the entire data flow and end-to-end (E2E) process, ensuring timely execution, meeting deadlines, and helping to develop strategic projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals
- Monitor project progress to ensure that all targets and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve emerging issues, ensuring smooth project execution
- Work closely with stakeholders across departments to facilitate the successful implementation and completion of projects
2. Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with good academic results
- Very strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good team player with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Passion to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization
- Proactive initiator, passion in the e-commerce industry is a plus
