1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Research trends, explore ideas and information from the US market, and analyze potential POD (Print-on-Demand) designs to generate sales ideas.
• Collaborate with the design team to finalize product designs.
• Work with the content team to create engaging sales videos.
• Partner with the content team to build a successful sales channel on TikTok Shop.
• Manage and operate the TikTok Shop US channel and store effectively.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Priority is given to candidates with at least 6 months of experience in POD selling.
• Responsible in work and capable of long-term commitment.
• Honest, quick learner, eager to improve, and has a progressive spirit.
• Proficiency in English, equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 550.
• Own a personal laptop.
