5. What Is The Selection Process?

Shortlisted candidates will go through a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams. 

• Application: 15 August 2024 – 15 October 2024
• Online Assessment: August – November
• Behavioural Interview: August – November
• Group Case Assessment: October – November
• Interview with Senior Leaders: November – December

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline, with no more than 2 years of full-time working experience in any industry (as at 15 October 2024)
